About the instructor
I am a naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I use my years of training in my own clinic to improve my client's' health, taking the time to really understand their health problems - when and where health issues started, what triggered them and what perpetuates them. I use 'food as medicine' as the first choice of remedy to deal with the root cause of the problem, rather than adopt the 'sticking plaster over the symptom' approach. Food is the most natural and powerful healing the body can have, yet at the same time everything I do is backed by science.
Do you get confused by the information on the internet? Do you find it contradictory? I want to cut through the hype for you and give you my unique perspective, both nature and science together, to get to the answers you need.
The missing ingredient in any change is you, your curiosity to find out more, and your willingness to take the next step. My courses are interactive - I am there to guide you throughout and I include fun and practical steps for you to try - this helps you to work out whether the particular topic being discussed applies to you. I then give you ways to address it.
Everyone needs different levels of support. Some people will be more than happy to follow the guidance in this course on their own, just with the information provided.
